The Selexis SURE CHO-M Cell line™ is a proprietary high-performance mammalian cell line derived from CHO-K1 cells and used for the production of therapeutic recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies. The growth and production properties of the Selexis SURE CHO-M Cell line™ are well defined and the feed strategy optimized allowing faster and more efficient scale-up into bioreactors. Therapeutics generated using the Selexis SURE CHO-M cells are in clinical trials.

Selexis SUREfeed Strategy™
The Selexis SUREfeed strategy™ defines the media, seeding and feeding parameters for Selexis’ CHO-M production lines in both shake flasks and bioreactors allowing for faster and more efficient scale-up into large size bioreactors. With the Selexis SUREfeed Strategy™ in approximately 10-14 days, Selexis is able to achieve production levels of typically 2-5 g/L for monoclonal antibodies.
